The Green Bay East Side Youth Baseball League has been supported by the Optimist Club for over 50 years. During this time, the Green Bay East Side Baseball League has provided an enjoyable and valuable learning experience for thousands of kids.

In order to continue to grow and provide a venue for the next generation of ball players, our organization felt the need to upgrade our existing facilities. With unwavering support from the Optimists, Green Bay Park and Recand numerous volunteers, we were able to add lights to the south field at Lawe Street Park starting in fall of 2011.

On Tuesday September 25th, a brief ceremony was held follwed by the illumination of the south field lights.

We are continually looking for ways to improve the parks and create not only a safe place for our children but a comfortable and enjoyable experience for families.
