Green Bay East Side Youth Baseball

Welcome to Green Bay East Side Major League Baseball! 

• This league is for players age 11-12 as of 5/1/2022.
• Major League Baseball is a kid-pitch league. Pitching will take place from 50 feet and the bases are set at 70 feet.  
• Games take place weeknights at East River Optimist Park - North field, Debroux Park and Edison’s lower field.
• Green Bay East Side Baseball offers two seasons for Major League, the regular spring season and fall ball season. 
• The regular spring season runs May-July. The season ends with playoff games and some players may be selected for an All-Star game.
• The fall ball season runs September-October. The season ends with playoff games.

Regular Spring/Summer Season 

• Registration for the 2022 spring season is now closed. If you would still like to register your player, please contact a board member.
• Registration takes place in late November/early December.
• The spring season requires assessments for Major League players. Assessments will be on January 9, 2022.
• Teams are drafted following assessments.
• Each participant receives a hat and shirt as part of their registration fee. 
• In addition to the registration fee, there is also a small fundraising requirement. 

Fall Ball Season

• Registration for the Fall Ball season takes place in late July.
• Teams are drafted after registration closes.
• Each participant receives a hat and shirt as part of their registration fee.
• No fundraising is required for fall ball.
